Joined forces with the renowned medical laser manufacturer Hoya Conbio to enter the laser market. achieved success by bringing dental lasers to the Turkish market and by making sure the brand quickly grew to a respectable install base.
2005
Alongside Medart, entered the medical aesthetics field in 2005.
Commenced employment with Discuss Dental. By selling more than 200 devices in a single year, we elevated the brand to the position of most recognizable name in the dental sector. The company was later bought by Philips Electronic in 2010 as the brand achieved popularity in Turkey.
2006
Aesthera Brand was our entry into the dermatology field. The most significant clinical chains in Turkey employed this brand thanks to our efforts. Solta Medical purchased Aesthera in 2010 for $5.3 million.
2007
In 2007, we worked with HoyaConbio. There were 11 units Q-Switch in Turkey at the time of our meeting with these brands, but only one of them was actually operating. We activated all of these devices as a result of our strong brand support, and within a year, the number of devices had doubled. 2011 saw the acquisition of the HOYA ConBio Aesthetic Laser Business by Cynosure, Inc. for $24.5 million.
In 2007, we collaborated Vaser to bring them to a market where only conventional liposuction was being practiced. More than 100 systems were sold in a short period of time. Vaser’s install base and brand value in Europe expanded as a result of this success in Turkey, and Solta Medical, Inc. (NASDAQ: SLTM) purchased Vaser for $25.5 million in Solta common stock and $5.0 million in cash.
2008
Partnered with the Canfield Company in 2008. We’re still working with them, and we’ve made it possible for Turkey to use more imaging equipment than many other territory, including Europe.
Worked with firms like Thermage (RF technology) and Fraxel (laser). We quickly established these brands as popular and well-known in Turkey. The company’s name was then changed to Solta, and in 2013 Valeant Pharmaceuticals purchased Solta for $236 million.
2009
Collaborated on the dental implants with Sweden Martina. Despite the fact that Turkey has many powerful, well-known brands, we were able to successfully launch this brand and boost sales.
2010
Collaborated with CoolSculpting (Zeltiq) to launched the body-contouring industry in Turkey and introduced it to the leading clinics there. Due to its extensive success, Allergan paid $2.48 billion to acquire the CoolSculpting brands in 2017. Our company continues to provide service assistance to Allergan.
2016
Commenced a partnership with Sciton, which resulted in the BBL and Forever Young brands becoming the most popular ones in Turkey’s aesthetics market. We still carry out this. Because of this, numerous imitation manufacturers continue to market their goods under these names.
2019
Partnered with a mesotherapy and filler company. We increased the brand’s market share from zero to 30% in terms of the number of boxes by taking a sizable market share away from long-established market leaders in Turkey including Allergan, Teosyal, and Galderma.
2021
Since 2021, “Sofwave” has been a part of our portfolio. Despite the ossified brands in ultrasound technology, we have helped the brand reach a significant number of users after a successful launch and we still continue to do so.
